How is a legal binding document going to hold a representative accountable?
|
| I am a new member and I am intrigued with this revolutionary idea. However, I've been discussing GOOOH with my husband. He brought up an interesting issue. If the representative is voted in based on his questionnaire and then votes against his record, how can GOOOH expect them to resign within 72 hours? What if it took years to litigate the "binding legal document" they are required to sign? The Constitution states "Each House may determine the Rules of its Proceedings, punish its Members for disorderly Behaviour, and, with the Concurrence of two thirds, expel a Member." Wouldn't they have to go through impeachment proceedings to expel the representative? |
