Question regarding critical mass
Tim, you say on 4/7 you'll make a decision if there's critical mass. I assume the decision is not simply plugging X in a formula of X/critical # members.

can you say a few words about what you're looking at as a 'formula' for decision? is it possible there is critical mass in some states/districts but not other, etc.

whatever the formula - the larger the X, the better! Just spoke with Kevin James on KRLA - didn't say goooh.com, but talked about the idea, and mentioned yoour name, which is easy to remember and spell, for the googlers among the listeners.

Re: Number of members and amount of money raised

The number of members is in the thousands, and we are adding members by the hundreds as we do interviews city by city. We have had a couple of preliminary / screening interviews with national shows, but it will take one or more to accelerate our growth.

We will make a decision by 4/7 on whether or not we have critical mass in membership.

Re fundraising, our next filing is due in April, but most members are choosing to wait to see if we get critical mass before contributing. We have adequate funds to keep the system growing, but not to aggressively market.

We cannot of course guarantee of success, particuarly this year, but do believe we are one national opportunity away from where we want to be.

Number of members and amount of money raised

Anyone know how many official members Goooh has, and the total amount of money raised? I think we should all be aware of our general membership/money status so we can effectively plan for the future.
